Meet the Dancers

  • Ashlee Harder (she/her)

    Ashlee Harder started dancing when she was three years old under the direction of the late Shannon Calderon Primeau. Ashlee has been dancing with the Everything Goes Dance Studio for fifteen years where she has trained in tap, ballet, jazz, flamenco, hip hop, modern, and pointe, as well as being a part of the studio’s tap, jazz, and hip hop companies. She is currently a dance instructor at Everything Goes Dance Studio, where she teaches flamenco and jazz technique.

    For three years Ashlee spent two weeks out of the summer at the Oklahoma Summer Arts Institute, where she would train intensely in ballet and modern dance under the guidance of DeeAnna Hiett, Roscoe Sales, Raquelle Chavis, Tomiko Magario, and JoLea Maffei. For 3 years Ashlee was a part of RACE Dance Academy, where she performed in RACE’s Hip Hop Nutcracker and had a leading role. Ashlee has been awarded the 2024 Oklahoma Education Award for Arts Excellence in Dance.

    Ashlee graduated from Classen School of Advanced Studies as a dance major in the spring of 2024. In the fall of 2024 Ashlee will be continuing her dance education at The University of Central Oklahoma where she will pursue a degree in Dance Education.

  • Ava Hubbard (she/her)

    Ava Hubbard, 13 years old, is the oldest of three children and lives in Yukon with her family. She is currently an 8th grade student at Rosary Catholic School, where she is the Vice President of her school organization.

    Ava has danced for a total of 6 years - 5 of which she has been at Everything Goes Dance Studio. She has trained in ballet, jazz, modern, pointe, and acro. Ava has had the opportunity to train under Thrysa Da Rosa, Liz Kraft England, Kelsey Faulk Perez, Halee Harder, Heidi Brooks, Ashlee Harder, Abby Welch, Kayla Smith. Ava has been dancing competitively for three years, where she has been a member of the EGD dance companies, while also competing solos, duets, and trios, which has won her many accolades and awards.

    When Ava is not dancing, she is also participating in competitive volleyball and soccer, CGSAA volleyball, basketball, soccer, and track. She has also had the opportunity to participate in the CGSAA Speech meet for the past four years for Duet Acting.

    Ava is both honored and excited to be a part of Mysterious Minds this year with so much talent and opportunity.

  • Ashley Manners (she/her)

    Ashley Manners grew up dancing in OKC! She competed during middle school and high school. In 2019 she started working at Lyric Thelma Gaylord Academy as a choreography assistant and dance teacher. She has also taken on the role of Stage Management.

    She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2024. While there she was a member and Rehearsal Director of Kaleidoscope Dance Company.

    She is currently teaching at Range of Motion in OKC as well as Lyric Thelma Gaylord Academy while performing locally. She was part of Season 1 of Mysterious Minds as a company member and is excited to continue with Season 2.

  • Morgan Wangler (sher/her)

    Morgan Wangler has been dancing since she was three years old. She started training at Everything Goes Dance Studio and has been training for nine years in different such as ballet, modern, and jazz. Morgan has been dancing competitively for three years under the direction of Everything Goes Dance Studio, where she has won many awards.

    She has had the ability to train under Thrysa Da Rosa, Brandi Kelly, Cherena Chaney, Liz Kraft England, Kelsey Renee Faulk, Halee Harder, Heidi Brooks, and Kayla Smith. Morgan has also had the opportunity to take master classes from Destini Rogers, Hui Cha Poos, Devonte Brown, and Tamia Piazza.

    Morgan Currently attends Classen School of Advanced Studies as a dance major and is projected to graduate in 2030.

  • Julia Thompson (she/her)

    Julia Thompson has been dancing since she was five years old. She started training at Everything Goes Dance Studio and has been training for eight years in different styles such as ballet, modern, jazz, acro, tap, and pointe. Julias has been dancing competitively for four years under the direction of Everything Goes Dance Studio.

    She has had the ability to train under Thrysa Da Rosa, Brandi Kelly, Megan Murray, Cherena Chaney, Liz Kraft England, Kelsey Faulk Perez, Halee Harder, Heidi Brooks, Abby Welch, and Kayla Smith. Julia has had the opportunity to take master classes with Hui Cha Poos, Perpetual Motion, Alexander Oliveri, and Jessica Cajina.

    Julia currently attends Classen School Advanced Studies at Northeast and is projected to graduate in 2028.
