Halee Harder (She/Her) - President/Founder
Halee Harder graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance Performance. She started dancing when she was three years old under the direction of the late Shannon Calderon Primeau. Halee trained with the Everything Goes Dance Studio for fifteen years where she trained in flamenco, hip hop, ballet, pointe, modern, tap, and jazz. She is now currently a dance teacher/choreographer for Everything Goes and NW Classen High School
She has won awards such as the 2019 Oklahoma Education Award for Arts Excellence in dance, the 2023 Choreography Award for Platinum Performance Plus Dance Competition, and the 2023 Choreography Award for Best Choreography in the Dance Department at the University of Central Oklahoma.
Halee had the opportunity to attend the Oklahoma Summer Arts Institute and train under the direction of Andrew Palmero and Levi Marsman. She was also a part of the University of Central Oklahoma Kaleidoscope dance company and was able to work with various choreographers including Michael Esperanza, Andrew Wass, Alexander Olivieri, Hui Cha Poos, Tina Kambour, and Sheri Hayden. In 2022 she was able to travel with Kaleidoscope Dance Company to perform in New York City with Bare Dance Company.
In 2022 she was awarded the University of Central Oklahoma Research, Creative, Scholarly Activities Grant and was accepted to travel to Eau-Claire, Wisconsin with her cast to present at the 2023 National Conference for Undergraduate Research. In August of 2023, Halee founded Mysterious Minds Dance Company, where their mission is to provide awareness to Mental Health and Suicide Prevention. In the Fall of 2024 she will be attending the University of Central Oklahoma to pursue her Masters in Public and Nonprofit Administration.

Emily Biscone - Hubbard (She/Her) - Vice President
Emily J. Biscone was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on August 3rd, 1976; she was admitted to the bar in 2003, Oklahoma; also admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Western District of Oklahoma. Emily Biscone Attended Bishop McGuinness High School, then went on to get her Bachelor of Arts in 1998 at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater. She then completed her legal education at Oklahoma City University School of Law, receiving her Juris Doctorate in 2002. She is partnered at Johnson & Biscone, where she works hand and hand with her father, Joe Biscone, and her brother, James Biscone, in the areas of Workers’ Compensation representing the injured worker, Social Security Disability and many other areas of Personal Injury Law. She has been a speaker for the Advanced Workers’ Compensation Law Seminar, Oklahoma Bar Association, 2004, 2017, 2020, and 2021. She has spoken with her Team at several FOP Seminars educating them on filing on WC matters and what to do when they get hurt on the job.
Emily Biscone is a member of the following organizations: Oklahoma County Bar Association (OCBA) (Board of Directors, Workers’ Compensation Law Section, 2004-2013; 2018-present), Oklahoma Bar Association (President, Workers’ Compensation Law Section 2009-10), Member at Large for the Board for the Oklahoma Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Section (Present and Continuing), Oklahoma Association for Justice (OAJ); American Association for Justice (AAS) (Present and Continuing), Lawyers for Working Oklahomans (LWO) (Treasurer, 2003-04; Co-President 2019-present), Workers’ Injury Law and Advocacy Group (WILG) (Present and Continuing), National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR, 2008-present), Oklahoma State University Alumni Association since 1998 and continuing, Professional Hockey Players Association (PHPA, 2013-present)
Outside of work, Emily Biscone served as the Vice-President of the HASA Board for Rosary Catholic School for the school year 2022-2023 and then President of the HASA Board for Rosary Catholic School in 2023-2024, Rosary Catholic School is where both of her children attend. Additionally, she has been on the Auction Committee for the Rosary Catholic School and volunteers for many other events at the school. Emily Biscone is an avid supporter of her 3 kids (2 girls and 1 boy) and all of their activities. She has been an Assistant Coach for the girls Basketball, Soccer, and Volleyball teams, All three kids participate in Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, Baseball, and have grown to truly love Dance. Both of her girls have done solos and company dances with their studio, Everything Goes Dance Studio. Emily’s oldest daughter, Ava, started with Halee Harder about 4 years ago at EGD and has been very involved with her in multiple dances ever since. Both of her girls love dance and each year become more involved in individual classes and companies

Stephanie Wangler (She/Her) - Community Engagement Director
Stephanie Wangler, MEd, LPC is a licensed professional counselor in private practice in Oklahoma City where she works with adults struggling with PTSD, depression, anxiety, and everyday challenges. Prior to opening her own practice, she worked in community mental health and within a prison diversion program for nonviolent offenders struggling with serious mental illness.
Stephanie is a passionate advocate for mental health awareness and suicide prevention. She has been involved with the dance community in Oklahoma City for nine years, through her daughter who has been training in dance.
Stephanie graduated from the University of Colorado with a BA in psychology and worked in San Francisco in medical research for over a decade prior to completing her MEd at Oklahoma City University.

Chloe Becker - Reagor (She/Her) - Secretary
Chloe Becker is a graduate from the University of Central Oklahoma. Chloe has been dancing for 20 years and has been trained in a variety of styles including ballet, jazz, modern, contemporary, hip hop and aerial dance.
She is currently a member of Race Dance Collective here in Oklahoma City and has performed in the yearly Hip Hop Nutcracker and Company show. Chloe was a member of the UCO Kaleidoscope dance company and was able to work with various choreographers including Michael Esperanza, Jesse Zaritt, Tiffany Carson, Hui Cha Poos, and Tina Kambour. She was able to travel with Kaleidoscope to perform in New York with Bare Dance Company.

Christy Harder (She/Her) - Treasurer
Christy Harder graduated from Putnam City North High School, then became a mom of three. She worked as a Special Education teacher at Gatewood Elementary School for five years before becoming the Substitute Coordinator for Oklahoma City Public Schools for seven years.
Christy has been a Treasurer for many different organizations including, Gatewood Elementary, Everything Goes Dance Studio, and Classen SAS High School Dance Department. She is currently the Everything Goes Dance Studio manager and has been for four years. Christy has been a part of the dance community in Oklahoma for twenty one years through both of her daughters, Halee and Ashlee Harder.

Jade Russell (She/Her) - Photographer/Videographer
Jade Russell is from Ardmore, Oklahoma and she is a graduate from the University of Central Oklahoma with a B.A.Ed in Dance Education. Jade has been a dancer for 15 years while training competitively for 10 years.
She has had the opportunity to work with guest artists such as Mike Esperanza, Bubba Carr, Terrill Mitchell, and many others while being a part of UCO’s Kaleidoscope Dance Company. Jade has been teaching for 7 years and has had many opportunities to choreograph for Oklahoma City and Putnam City Public Schools.
